Naya / Natalie Yazmin Arambula

Hi there!

I'm Naya, born on Chumash Territory, (Santa Barbara, CA) and raised between California & Mexico.

I've been practicing as a holistic doula for over 7 years, & deepening my knowledge in ancestral ways of birth keeping, in Ecuador, for over 3 years, though my birth-keeping journey traces back to my first years of life.

Witnessing the death of my father at 1 & 1/2 years old, profoundly marked my life- sending me on a path of discovering the dance between life & death.

After years of inner work & deep healing I realized my purpose is to facilitate healthy life passages.

My upbringing in Mexico, & being raised by my extended family, taught me the life impact of community support for a family, in all phases of life.

I believe in the ripple impact that is made from the seeds of supporting life from its source, my desire is that all people may have access to integrative guidance, support, & community.

I am a certified doula with Pacific Rim College. I have professional training in a wide spectrum of holistic modalities specialized on birth including; homeopathy, herbalism, anatomy, nutrition, family support/counseling, acupressure, traditional practices & care, & body work.

I am also an embodied facilitator & certified yoga instructor with additional training in pre/postnatal, children, & teens yoga. I am devoted to supporting the innate intelligence and wisdom of the body and the sacred birthing experience of each family.

My wish is to support families, women, & partners & help them feel empowered, educated, heard, loved, respected, & cared for despite the situations & environments that may arise.

It is my joy & honor that my work is a place where I can bring all my collective life experience, passion, knowledge, & education into.

I look forward to connecting with you!
